La Dorada 45 is located in La Barrosa beach, part of the town of Chiclana de La Frontera in Cadiz, at the southern part of Spain known as Costa de la Luz. The house is part of the residential complex Complejo Atlantico located at the start of the Novo Sancti Petri area. It's a semidetached house that comfortably sleeps 10 people in 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and one bedroom with 2 bulk beds. It's 100 meters away from the sandy beach with clear blue waters that stretches for 8kms.

There're 4 golf courses in a 5km radio and a further 5 within 50kms. The closest are just 5 minutes drive away: the 27 holes golf clubs of Novo Sancti Petri and las Lomas de Sancti Petri.

The house is fully furnished and with all the facilities to enjoy the a relaxing time in the sun.

La Barrosa Beach

There are two parts to the beach; the urbanised promenade and the untouched virgin stretch (where La Dorada 45 sits). It´s protected by sand dunes and beach shrubbery. The promenade has numerous bars and restaurants.

La Barrosa has been awarded the European Blue Flag award for clean beaches. It is also widely regarded as one of the best beaches on the Andalucian coastline.

This is a delightful beach and absolutely perfect for a family holiday. It´s very popular with Spanish and German tourists. Peak periods are July and August. A lot of Spaniards spend their holiday weekends here. Many come down to surf during the winter months.

Just behind the beach is the main drag. It runs parallel to it, all the way to Novo Sancti Petri. There are many bars and restaurants and shops on it. The seafood is excellent and a popular choice in all the restaurants.



The surrounding area is green and flat. It´s dominated by umbrella pine trees. In this region the umbrella pine is protected and all development is forced to accommodate it. This makes for a very pleasant environment.
